Mudathlon

Some friends and I decided to run the first annual Mudathlon together. It was a 4 mile run with 20 obstacles and lots of mud! It was such a fun race....we all can't wait to do it again next year!

Thomas the Train & Happy Father's Day!

Today we took the boys to see Thomas the Train. We had to drive for about an hour and a half to get to his train station but it was well worth the drive....and the 90 degree day! Michael, Logan and Aiden LOVED seeing a life size Thomas. We watched him arrive at the station and took a 30 min train ride. There were several kid activities around the station, so after letting the boys explore for a little while we had a late lunch and then headed home with 2/3 boys sleeping for most of the car ride:)

Strawberry Festival

Yesterday we went to the annual Strawberry Festival with some friends and their twins. It was a really hot day so the boys ice cream was melting fast but they had a lot of fun eating their giant strawberry shortcakes! After the festival we took all the kids out to dinner at one of our favorite places. It was a great evening for the kids and adults!

Memorial Weekend

We had a lot of fun at the lake Memorial Day Weekend. Michael and Logan decided they were old enough to ride the tube all by themselves this summer. Aiden took a couple laps with mommy but was happiest riding in the boat watching his brothers. We did a lot of swimming, tubing, and boating. It was great for our first of many trips to the lake!
