Music Class

The boys have music class once a week. Over the weekend they held a special class for the parents and kids so Brian got to see what their class is like. Our class only has about 10 kids in it so it was a little chaotic with 75 kids (plus their parents) running around....but the boys had a blast!

Trick or Treat

Here are some pictures from Halloween. The boys loved riding around in their wagon!

First baby photos!

My doctor's office was testing out a new 4D ultrasound machine today so I got to see some really neat pictures of the baby. I am posting two of the photos that were taken. They are of his profile with his hands slightly covering his nose and mouth. It was so neat to actually see his face! He looks just like Logan and Michael did when they were born. He is measuring almost 4 pounds. (which is the same weight that Logan came home at!!!) They spent almost an hour doing my scan so I got to see a lot of him and now I am more anxious for him to be here! Only a couple more months to go:):):)

Welcome to the zoo!

This past week my twins club held a Halloween party for all the kids. I think there were about 70 kids (ages 1-5) running around in their Halloween costumes. Michael and Logan had a blast. As soon as I let them out of the stroller they both took off in opposite directions and ran around the entire time. Michael is the monkey and Logan is the giraffe.

Pumpkin Patch

Last weekend Brian and I took the boys to a pumpkin patch for the second year in a row. We took a hayride out to the pumpkin patch and let the boys pick out their own pumpkins.

Basketball boys

I am posting some pictures of the boys playing basketball in the driveway this morning. It has been a while since I have taken any pictures so I am posting a lot. We have been really busy lately with all our activities. The boys now love their music class and we have been going twice a week to get in some extra classes before baby number three arrives. I am measuring a little ahead of schedule so we may have a baby a couple weeks sooner than expected. We plan to take the boys to the pumpkin patch this weekend so I will have more pictures to post soon:):):)

Boys will be boys!

Lately Logan has turned into my little dare devil. He loves to climb on everything and after a bad fall ended up with his first black eye! Luckily it's only noticeable when he shuts his eyes and is healing fast. Michael's funny boy moment happened earlier this week just before bath time. I looked down to see my adorable naked little boy peeing all over the carpet! When he finished he looked up at me with the biggest smile on his face. Since he wears diapers all the time....I don't think he knew that he could do this. The boys also started music class this week. Michael was a little scared during the class and sat on my lap the entire time. Logan on the other hand was standing up, clapping to the music, and running up to all the other kids. I can't wait to see how they do next week. Brian and I are celebrating our 7th anniversary this weekend! It's amazing how much has happened in those seven years. At the request of a few people I am posting a recent belly shot. We also took some photos of the boys with the "baby" so I will post those as well. Hope everyone is enjoying the nice fall weather. I can't wait to take the boys to the pumpkin patch!

Happy Labor Day!

Brian and I finally broke down and got a mini van. We could not fit three car seats in our Jeep so now we will have room for everyone when the baby arrives. Michael and Logan were really excited about the DVD player. The first picture is of Michael watching a movie on the way to Grandma and Grandpa's house this weekend. The other pictures are of the boys playing at the park. They still love the swings the best and kept running to them every time we tried to take them somewhere else. In one picture you can see Logan looking back to make sure Michael is following him:):)

Tour of the Fire Station

Brian and I took the boys to a playgroup at the fire station tonight. We got to take a tour and see the fire trucks. Michael and Logan are both running all over the place and in one picture you can see them trying to escape from Brian. After that episode they got locked down in the stroller. You can tell by their expressions how happy they were:):)

They are getting into everything and are very good at climbing.....I keep waiting to hear a thud and find them out of their cribs in the morning. Baby number three is also very active. He seems to be up kicking all hours of the day. Michael and Logan like to pat my belly and say baby. Their new favorite words are baby and cracker....and they love to shout HI NAHLA to the dog. Hopefully the new baby will be able to sleep through anything because it is never quiet in our house:):):)

Baby number three is a.....

BOY!!!

We had our ultrasound this week and learned that we are having a boy! As soon as his face popped up on the screen, Brian and I looked at each other and said...Oh my gosh he looks just like Logan and Michael! I can't wait to see if he really will look like them, but his ultrasound profile is amazingly similar to theirs! He looked great and was putting on quite the show for us. He stuck out his tongue and waved! I can already tell that he will not have any trouble keeping up with his two big brothers:):) and Brian will never have a hard time finding a foursome to play golf with!

I am posting all the boys US photos so you can see the similarity. Click on the photo to see a bigger version.

Dinner time with Logan and Michael

A few nights ago, Brian and I were making dinner and looked over to see Michael sitting in the drawer of my desk. This is now where he likes to be when I make dinner! Logan usually takes out all my metal bowls and bangs them around the kitchen. As you can only imagine, there is rarely a quiet moment in our house:):)

We have a walker.....

AND runner, AND climber, AND door opener! Michael has been trying to walk for a couple months now but after a few bad falls he has been very cautious. Finally this week he is not only walking but climbing on everything and can open all the doors in the house. Logan is not too far behind...he has been walking in between his toys in the playroom but so far has not figured out how to climb or open doors. I'm sure it won't be too long before they are both climbing out of their cribs to play together:):) Here are a couple of pictures taken last night.
