It's the most wonderful time of the year!

This time of year is so busy for me and I am loving it. I have been printing Holiday cards, taking Holiday orders on my new website for Busy Bee Paperie, and spending lots of time telling the boys about Santa. I think this may be the year they are actually excited to go see him and not be scared. We have already been making their Christmas Lists and I think Santa may have a special suprise planned for them. Brian and I have been busy lately going to Colts games, painting the basement and picking out a few new things to spruce up the house. With Thanksgiving, Aiden's 2nd Birthday, and Christmas we have a lot to look forward to over the next month or so....now all we need is a light dusting of snow and it will really start to feel like Christmas:)

Trick or Treat!

This is the first year Michael and Logan really understood trick or treating. They loved ringing all the door bells and saying trick or treat!!! It got even better for them when they realized how much candy they were getting to take home. Aiden had fun tagging along with his big brothers. It was great for Brian and I to let him eat the candy this year....so happy he has outgrown his food allergies! Both sets of grandparents came to visit the boys in their costumes and Brian's parents walked around with us in the freezing cold weather! We made it all the way around our mile loop this year before heading home to warm everyone up. It was such a fun Halloween....I am a little sad it is over!

Halloween Fun

The boys had a lot of fun attending our annual twins club Halloween party. It was a little crazy with so many kids running around in costumes but everyone had a blast!

Apples!

Last week, a friend and I took our kids to pick apples. The apple orchard was really busy with school tours so a very nice man working at the orchard took our kids out to the apple trees on his special tractor. The boys loved riding the tractor and had a lot of fun picking apples with their friends. We brought home 9 lbs worth of apples thanks to my three little helpers!

Pumpkins!

This was our 4th year taking the boys to the pumpkin patch. This particular farm is a great place to take kids to pick pumpkins. Not only do you get to take a hayride out to the pumpkin patch, but they also have a pumpkin train, pony rides, bounce houses, and lots of other fun games and activities for kids. The boys had so much fun picking out their pumpkins this year. They were insistent on carrying them to the car all by themselves:) It was such a fun day and we can't wait to go back next year!

Zoo Boo

The boys love the zoo! We had some warmer days last week so we were able to go walk around one last time this year before it gets too cold. Michael and Logan especially loved seeing all the spooky Halloween decorations set up for Zoo Boo.

Running buddies

These are my little running buddies who cheer me on to keep going. This is my double jogging stroller which is not meant for three boys...however they begged to go with me on a run and I told them if they could find a way to sit together they could go. Believe it or not, they love to ride together and would probably sit still for hours if I could just keep running that long:)

9 years and counting!

On September 16th, Brian and I celebrated our 9th anniversary. It sure has gone by fast! We had a great time celebrating at dinner by ourselves and by having a special dinner at home with the boys.

While Michael was looking at some of our wedding pictures with me, he looked at me and said "Mommy...are you a princess?" I love my boys!

First day of Preschool!

I am a few weeks late in posting these pictures! Now the boys are in full swing at preschool and are loving it! They were sure to give Aiden lots of hugs and kisses before heading off to school without him. While Michael and Logan are at school I take Aiden with me on errands and to music class....which he loves. Michael and Logan are doing great at school and are making some new friends. Although....the other day they came home with a project where they were supposed to draw a picture of their friend in class. They both came home with each other's pictures. So cute!

Aiden at his first day of music class! It's finally his turn after watching Michael and Logan's class all last year.

Where are Michael, Logan, & Aiden?

www.busybeepaperie.com

This is the reason I have not been posting any pictures lately. I have been busy working with a graphic designer to create a logo and an online boutique for Busy Bee Paperie. If all goes well it should launch sometime this month! Once this is done and the rush of the Holiday season is over I will resume to my normal picture postings:)

Aiden's first ice cream cone!!!

We got some great news on Monday....Aiden is no longer allergic to milk!!! I took him down to Riley to have a food challenge where they fed him small increments of milk over a four hour period and watched him for any reactions. The first couple sips were a little nerve racking for me since the last time he had milk was at 5 months and we ended up calling 911 after he had an anaphylactic reaction. This time we had medical staff present in case anything went wrong but we didn't need them. Aiden did great and is now allowed to eat anything he wants. He has already sampled mac n cheese, grilled cheese, goldfish crackers, and ICE CREAM! He is doing great with all the new foods and loved eating his first ice cream cone with his big brothers.

More berries!

We headed back to our favorite berry farm to pick more berries with some friends. This time....raspberries and green beans. After we got home Michael and Logan helped me clean the berries and green beans so that we could make raspberry cobbler and green beans for dinner (to go with the chicken Brian grilled). They were really excited that they had picked the food we were eating for dinner! They like being my little helpers.
